Rollingwood Center consists of three office buildings – Rollingwood I is 4-stories with 148,295 SF, Rollingwood II is 2 ½ -stories with 66,090 SF, and Rollingwood III is 5-stories with 121,000 SF. Rollingwood Center has 2 structured parking garages.

In 1999, Endeavor assembled and purchased this 18-acre parcel of land near the NW corner of Mopac and Bee Cave Road in the City of Rollingwood, TX. Endeavor and the City of Rollingwood agreed to a Planned Unit Development (“PUD”) governing the use of the property and granting entitlements to build up to 340,000 square feet across three office buildings and a Wachovia bank pad.

Rollingwood Center is LEED Silver core & shell certified and features enhanced interior finish-outs in an undulating park-like setting with mature oak trees throughout. The site is in a high-barriers-to-entry sub-market, was purchased in 1999, and after a lengthy entitlement process was patiently built out over 20 years.
Situated two miles from downtown, Rollingwood Center is also conveniently located to the adjacent Zilker Park, Austin hike & bike trail system, which connects to Barton Springs, Lady Bird Lake, downtown, and restaurants in Westlake Hills and along Barton Springs Road.
