Morado on Berry is a luxury mixed-use student living community serving students attending Texas Christian University. The project is being developed in partnership with TCU to activate the southern edge of campus with retail and refined living accommodations, developed primarily for upper classmen students. Amenities for the project include hospitality themed lounges, social lounges, group and individual study spaces, rooftop sky deck and resort style pool with jumbotron.
Retail options for the development include a mixture of fast-casual offerings, in addition to crafted sit-down restaurant offerings, transforming West Berry Street into a vibrant, multi-use “destination place” with student housing and retail.
