Gulch Union

Endeavor is developing Gulch Union, a transformative three-phase mixed-use development in the booming urban core neighborhood of Nashville known as The Gulch. Located between 12th & 13th Avenues and McGavock & Demonbreun Streets, Gulch Union is the gateway into The Gulch, uniting South Gulch with Broadway and Music Row.

Phase one is 1222 Demonbreun at Gulch Union – a striking 20-story, 330,090 SF Class-AA office building, including 5,836 SF of retail, that caters to the modern workforce with high-end amenities and walkable city conveniences. Phase I was financed in a joint venture partnership with Dallas-based Granite Properties and with IBC Bank as our lender and was completed in 2020.

Phase two commenced construction in 2022 and will be called The Pullman at Gulch Union – a 28-story residential tower with 8,000 SF street-level retail at the NW corner of 12th Avenue and Demonbreun Street in the heart of the Gulch.

Phase three is in the design phase and is currently planned to become a 32-story high-end hotel and residential tower at 12th Avenue and McGavock and will further serve to enhance the retail and pedestrian experience in the area.
