Nelson is responsible for co-leading Endeavor’s multifamily acquisition and development activities, including site selection, entitlements, design, consultant coordination, construction, project capitalization, and asset management.
Since joining Endeavor
Nelson is currently working on the development of multifamily and mixed-use projects in Austin, Nashville, Dallas Fort Worth, Salt Lake City and Denver totaling 13,000 units and nearly $4 billion in total capitalization, including a large portfolio of “Citizen House” projects, the trademark brand for Endeavor’s Class A attainable housing developments.
