As Director of Environmental & Mitigation Assets

  • Bill is responsible for all aspects of mitigation and groundwater for all of Endeavor’s environmental assets including  LH Ranch. His specific responsibilities include strategic and tactical solutions and asset management, oversight of project design, construction oversight and credit sales. He also identifies and assesses new environmental asset business opportunities.

  • Bachelor’s Degree, Range and Wildlife Science – Texas A&M University
  • Master of Science, Forestry/Environmental Science – Stephen F. Austin State University

  • Qualified Wildlife Biologist and Rangeland Ecologist
  • Pioneer and recognized expert in the concepts and practical application of capturing economic value from environmental assets 
  • Invited speaker and expert panel at the 2006 Yale Forest Forum 
  • EPA Region 6 Environmental Excellence Award for Watershed Protection

Community Involvement

  • Previous Board Member of the Nacogdoches Retirement Home
  • Volunteer for Love In The Name of Christ, a nonprofit assisting homeless, working poor, and under privileged in Nacogdoches and surrounding counties
