The Lake Houston Ranch property is located northeast of Houston, Texas, just inside the Grand Parkway (SH99) near the Community Drive exit. The overall Lake Houston Ranch property includes the Lake Houston Mitigation Bank, Sila – a Master Planned Community by Lennar Homes, Riviera Pines – a Master Planning Community by Meritage Homes, Saint Tropez Laguna Azure – a Master Planned Lagoon Community by Megatel Homes, and Los Pinos Subdivision, as well as approximately 1,000 acres of undeveloped land.
The property is currently served by SH 99 (Liberty County side), Huffman Cleveland Road (Harris County side), and two segments of Bleu Riviera Drive. Future extensions of Bleu Riviera Drive east into Liberty County as well as TxDOT’s proposed extension of FM 2100 south from The Grand Parkway will provide further access to and through the property. Timing of these future roadway projects is unknown at this time.
