Brendan Callahan is a Development Associate in the Austin, Texas office of Endeavor Real Estate Group (ERG).  Responsibilities include retail and office modeling and due diligence, self-storage development, and CMBS underwriting.

Relevant Experience

Prior to joining ERG, Brendan was a Senior Acquisitions Associate at The Bozzuto Group, a full-service multifamily developer based out of the Washington, D.C. area.  During this time, he successfully closed on the acquisition of over 1,700 units valued in excess of $250 million.  Prior to The Bozzuto Group, Brendan worked as an Origination Analyst at Deutsche Bank Berkshire Mortgage.  In this role he facilitated the closing of over $500 million in loans for clients nationwide.
