Endeavor developed The Lyndon at Springtown, a 215,907 SF student housing mixed-use project adjacent to the Springtown Shopping Center in San Marcos, TX. With 34,000 SF podium-style retail on the ground floor and a parking deck behind the center, the 233 unit/515 bed student housing project is a naturally integrated part of the shopping center.
