Saltillo

Saltillo encompasses 5 contiguous city blocks (8 acres) located along 5th Street between I-35 and a MetroRail station.  Anchored by Whole Foods Market, Target, Google, local F&B, and services, Saltillo consists of 152,000 square feet of office, 116,600 square feet of retail space, and 700 apartment units.  In addition, a historic Texaco Depot was preserved and re-purposed along an extension of the LAB bikeway.

Endeavor ground leased the development site through a competitive RFP process run by Capital Metro.  Saltillo was the recipient of the 2020 ABJ Project of the Year and the 2022 ICSC Gold Award for New Developments.
