Endeavor Real Estate Group Plans $42 Million Austin, Texas, Multifamily Project
Endeavor 290 Slated To Be 304,377 Square Feet
One of the largest developers based in Austin, Texas, plans to build a multifamily development in Austin’s Hill Country.
Endeavor Real Estate Group is planning to build a 304,377-square-foot development called Endeavor 290, according to a state permit. Endeavor 290 is expected to cost at least $42 million to build and comprise four three-story buildings, according to the permit.
The company plans to start work on the multifamily development at 8921 U.S. Highway 290 on May 1, with construction expected to continue through May 1, 2026.
Austin-based Davies Collective was listed on the state permit as the project’s design firm. Additional details about the project were not disclosed by the filing or Endeavor.
Some of Endeavor’s other projects in Austin, either completed or in progress, include The Quincy, a 30-floor residential high-rise in the Texas capital’s central business district, and The Bowie, a 36-floor mixed-use high-rise near the flagship store of Whole Foods Market.
