Developers of a planned 36-story mixed-use tower going up in downtown Austin have secured equity for the project.

Austin-based Endeavor Real Estate Group has lined up equity with an undisclosed institutional investor for the 358-unit apartment project at West Fifth and Bowie streets, the Austin American-Statesman reports.

The Austin Business Journal reported in March that Lynd Co. and Endeavor will build 42,586 square feet of office space and 3,385 square feet of retail between the Tiniest Bar in Texas and Gables West Avenue.

The developers plan to break ground in September on the tower called 3 eleven Bowie.
