Austin-based Endeavor Real Estate Group plans 15-story apartment building on Music Row
Austin-based Endeavor Real Estate Group has applied to build a 15-story residential building at its 0.69-acre Music Row property.
The company bought the lot at 7 Music Circle North in December 2021 for $6.51 million, according to Metro records. The parcel currently houses the SAE Institute of Technology Nashville, which will be demolished to accommodate the future development.
The application filed with the city shows a plan for 258 residential units – a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom units. The building will stand around 180 feet tall and will have 3,594 square feet of retail space.
Nashville-based Gresham Smith is listed on the application as the project’s engineer.
Endeavor last May paid $8.15 million for the adjacent property at 1 Music Circle N. The four-story building on that property was most recently owned by the General Council on Finance and Administration of the United Methodist Church.
The same planning document shows Endeavor plans to update that 27,000-square-foot building for office space.
Endeavor in February landed a $110.15 million construction loan for part of its mixed-use Gulch Union project, a 28-story residential tower, which is expected to complete construction in 2024. That project was the second phase of the ongoing development, the first portion of which, an office building at 1222 Demonbreun, opened in December 2020.
