Dry River District

Dry River District is a 65-acre mixed-use development that includes a 342-unit multifamily community and retail space totaling over 300,000 sf at full build-out. The retail space largely fronts IH35 and is anchored by Costco, Evo Entertainment, and Home Depot. The retail lineup includes some best-in-class local and regional operators such as P Terry’s, Torchy’s, Via 313, Z Tejas, Freebirds, Carbon Health, Healthy Pet, and many others. One of the keys to Dry River District being a successful project was the partnership with the City of Kyle and Hays County.
