Relevant Experience
As Senior Accountant
- Sue is responsible for monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual accounting and reporting for EOP II & EOP III projects currently in development, construction, and/or in operation for Multi-Family, Industrial, Retail, Office, and Hotel Management in multiple cities and states to include, but not limited to, Austin, Texas & the surrounding areas, Denver, Colorado, Salt Lake City, Utah, Charlotte, North Carolina, and a few other one-offs.
- Sue is also responsible for the coordination, preparation, and facilitation of the US, Partnership, and Franchise tax return process with the CPA Tax Firms for all entities and partners within her portfolio.
- In addition, she assists accounting management with any ad hoc projects as needed.
