As Senior General Manager

Sean oversees property management services across approximately 2.5 million square feet of commercial real estate throughout Austin, providing strategic and operational leadership across a diverse portfolio. He partners closely with ownership, property teams, and internal stakeholders to drive consistent execution, strengthen asset performance, and ensure each property is operated in alignment with client objectives and Endeavor’s service standards.
Sean works closely with ownership groups, tenants, engineering teams, vendors, and internal partners to navigate complex property operations, execute capital and operational initiatives, strengthen tenant relationships, and support each asset’s broader business objectives.
He is particularly focused on building strong client partnerships, developing high-performing property teams, and identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency, service delivery, and overall asset performance.

Since Joining Endeavor

Sean has taken on an expanded leadership role within Endeavor’s Property Management platform, supporting property teams and client relationships across a growing portfolio of Austin assets.
He serves on Endeavor’s Property Management Advisory Council, contributing to departmental strategy, best practices, operational standards, and initiatives designed to strengthen Endeavor’s property management platform.
As Chair of Endeavor’s Vendor Committee, Sean leads efforts focused on vendor relationships, service standards, procurement practices, and identifying opportunities to create greater consistency and value across the portfolio.
He has played an active role in the management and transition of complex office and mixed-use assignments, partnering with clients and internal teams on building operations, capital planning, budgeting, tenant experience, and strategic property initiatives.

Prior to Joining Endeavor

Prior to joining Endeavor, Sean gained more than 10 years of real estate experience managing industrial, retail, office, residential, and mixed-use properties. His background provided broad exposure to property operations, tenant and client relations, budgeting, capital projects, vendor management, and the day-to-day execution required to successfully operate complex commercial assets.
