As Vice President, Development
- Sander is responsible for managing the full development process from acquisition and entitlements through construction and disposition. His focus has been on mixed-use projects in Austin’s urban core spanning residential, office, retail, and hospitality.
Since joining Endeavor
- Sander started as a financial analyst in 2017 and has since moved into tackling a few of the firm’s most challenging and complex local projects. His talents have been instrumental in the planning, rezoning and now designing for the redevelopment of the Austin American-Statesman site and 600 North Lamar. Sander is also focused on sourcing and executing hotel acquisitions and developments across the country.
