As Manager of Interiors – Project Management
- Ross leads the Interiors Project Management team, overseeing all phases of the construction process—from programming and design through construction and closeout. In addition to managing project budgets, schedules, design coordination, contractor selection, and tenant occupancy, Ross plays a key role in team leadership, quality control, and process improvement. He ensures seamless execution across multiple interior buildouts while mentoring team members and maintaining strong relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants.
