Principal
- Megan is
responsible for leading the acquisition, entitlement, development, and sale of various retail, mixed-use, and multi-family projects for Endeavor.
Since joining Endeavor
- Megan has successfully managed the entitlements for multiple mixed-use developments in Austin including Plaza Saltillo and 2323 South Lamar, as well as developed retail centers in Dripping Springs, Copperas Cove, Austin and Hutto, Texas.
- She has experience in office development at Plaza Saltillo and the Domain.
- Megan is currently focused on the entitlement, construction, and disposition of multiple retail projects in Austin, Hutto, and Leander, including Manor Point, South Brook Station and Northline Retail.
- Megan manages a raw land asset northeast of Houston, including development and entitlement associated with the disposition of over 2,500 acres of land as well as the now completed entitlement of an 800+ acre environmental mitigation bank.
