As Senior Accountant
- James accurately reports and analyzes all expense and income accounting on both cash and accrual basis for eleven various retail, office, and mixed-use properties as required by third-party owners and partners.
- He oversees accounts payable and accounts receivable functions and assists with operating expense reconciliations, annual budgets, annual audit and tax reporting requirements, and distributions.
- His responsibilities include financial reporting, lease administration, cash flow analysis, and maintaining escrow capital and TI accounts.
Prior to Joining Endeavor
- James has over 10 years of experience managing industrial, retail, and office assets. His focus was primarily on commercial property.
- He last worked at HPI as a Senior Property Accountant. Responsible for full-cycle accounting for fourteen commercial assets, annual reconciliations, cash projections, and lender reporting requirements for third-party owners. During his time there he streamlined financial distribution reports by utilizing macros together with Excel and Word to improve efficiency.
