- Fernando is responsible for office project leasing in Austin, Texas.
Prior to joining Endeavor
- Fernando brings over 20 years of commercial real estate experience spanning leasing, acquisitions, asset management, and investment strategy across major Texas markets and New York City.
- As Senior Vice President and Austin Market Lead at Kilroy Realty Corporation, he collaborated on the expansion and market positioning of Kilroy’s Austin portfolio, overseeing leasing strategy and contributing to underwriting for acquisition and development opportunities. He created a market evaluation framework and recommended five priority expansion markets to the CEO and CIO to support the company’s diversification beyond the West Coast. He was also appointed by the CEO to lead asset strategy for two distressed San Francisco CBD properties.
- As Vice President of Acquisitions at Lionstone Investments, Fernando sourced and closed over $200 million of value-add and opportunistic investments across Texas and Denver through off-market and marketed transactions. He actively managed a $2 billion portfolio of office and mixed-use properties totaling five million square feet throughout Austin, Dallas, Houston, and Denver, directing valuations, hold/sell strategy, and investor relations.
- Earlier in his career, Fernando served as Vice President at CB Richard Ellis in Midtown Manhattan, where he represented six assets totaling three million square feet on behalf of institutional owners including Boston Properties, Rockpoint Group, and Principal Global Investors. He executed one million square feet of leasing transactions during his tenure.
