As Senior Vice President of Office Leasing

  • Colton is responsible for the leasing and marketing of commercial office properties throughout Austin, Texas. He focuses on the strategic positioning of ground-up developments as well as repositioning efforts across both urban and suburban submarkets.
  • His current and former clients include DivcoWest, Turnbridge Equities, Invesco, Menlo Equities, Northwood Investors, Starwood Capital Group, Vanderbilt Office Properties, IBC Bank, Pennybacker Capital, Alexandria Real Estate Equities, Beacon Capital Partners, AFIAA, Ares Capital, Simon Property Group, Macquarie, Thor Equities, Redcar Properties, and Equity Commonwealth.

Prior to Joining Endeavor

  • Colton spent 7 years on JLL’s Agency Leasing team.
  • He began his career in 2015 focused on corporate real estate services, executing tenant representation transactions and procuring new portfolio business.
