As Development Associate

  • Christoph was hired to grow Endeavor’s multifamily development operations in Dallas-Fort Worth. He oversees and executes all aspects of the development process including site selection, initial feasibility, financial analysis, due diligence, entitlement, planning and design, capitalization, construction, and asset management.

Prior to joining Endeavor

  • Christoph worked at DR Horton Multifamily for four years. Two of those years he spent on the corporate team overseeing the underwriting for new pursuits in each of their active markets. After that time, he joined DFW’s development team as an associate responsible for the full life-cycle of active and new developments.
