As Senior Property Manager

  • Christine oversees property management services for a Class A office portfolio totaling approximately 624,000 square feet.
  • She has led the Amber Oaks Corporate Park management team for more than eight years. The nine-building, 549,000-square-foot suburban office complex is located in Northwest Austin. In addition, she manages a 74,000-square-foot Class A office building at The Domain.
  • Her responsibilities include property management, budgeting and reconciliation, reporting, lease administration, construction management, and service contract oversight.

Since joining Endeavor

  • Christine has achieved ENERGY STAR® Certification for three Amber Oaks properties, including one that has maintained the designation for five consecutive years—a testament to her commitment to sustainability and operational excellence.
  • She serves on Endeavor’s Vendor and Training Committee, where she helps select top-quality vendors and develop training programs that equip Property Managers with the tools and knowledge to succeed.
