Chase oversees all fund activities including investment management, investor relations, accounting, and compliance for Endeavor Opportunity Partners II & III, Endeavor’s flagship opportunistic real estate funds.
Since joining Endeavor
Chase has raised over $1B in fully discretionary equity commitments from private and public investors. He has overseen the deployment of EOP II commitments into twenty-four high-quality portfolio assets resulting in attractive, risk-adjusted returns for investors.

Before joining Endeavor, Chase worked at Hines on the Investment Management team, where he helped oversee two opportunistic emerging market Funds and one U.S. Core separate account.
Chase served in the U.S. Army for seven years as an Infantry Officer. He ended his service to his country with the rank of Captain in command of a 140-man rifle company after two deployments to Afghanistan. Chase was awarded two Bronze Stars and the Meritorius Service Medal.
