As Design Associate, Multifamily

  • Brooke plays a key role in shaping and executing the design vision for Endeavor’s multifamily developments. She works closely with the design team, coordinating with architects, interior designers, and landscape architects throughout every phase of development. From reviewing building plans and unit layouts to refining amenity spaces and finish selections, she ensures consistency and quality across all design elements. Brooke also organizes and participates in site walks during construction, contributing to field decisions and helping bring each project’s aesthetic vision to life.
