• She ensures all expenses, receipts, owner’s distributions, funding requests and other transactions for the accounting period are accurately posted. She also reviews financial packages ensuring timely delivery to investors, lenders, third-party owners, and other management teams. 
• She is instrumental in assisting with the accounting for transactions such as acquisitions, dispositions, and loan closings.
