As Principal, Retail
- Adam is responsible for sourcing and executing retail acquisition and development opportunities for Endeavor. He also performs tenant representation for select regional and national brands throughout Texas.
Since joining Endeavor
- Prior to deal sourcing for Endeavor, Adam focused on leasing Endeavor’s shopping center developments including Dry River District, Saltillo, Belterra Village and The Parke, completing over 200 transactions totaling in excess of 900k square feet.
- Adam continues to work with best-in-class locals, regional and national brands. Local brands include Emmer & Rye, Healthy Pet, Honest Mary’s, Royal Blue Grocery and Proud Mary’s Coffee with regional and national brands including III Forks, Love.Life, DSW, Salon Lofts, Market by Macy’s and Wayfair.
