As Principal
- Brendan pursues commercial property acquisition and development opportunities including office, retail, multifamily, and self-storage assets.
- He is responsible for the development and acquisition of projects totaling more than 1.5 million SF. Significant projects include the development of the Champion Office Park, Rollingwood Office Building III, and the acquisition of The Forum office complex in San Antonio. Additionally, in conjunction with Managing Principal Chris Ellis, Brendan launched Endeavor’s self-storage platform and together have developed eight self-storage facilities totaling 600,000 SF.
