- Adelien oversees property management services for a Class A office & mixed-use portfolio totaling approximately 428,050 square feet.
- She leads the Rollingwood Center management team. The three-building, 335,000-square-foot office complex is located in Northwest Austin. In addition, she manages a 78,196-square-foot Class A mixed-use tower in the Rainey Street District.
- Her responsibilities include property management, budgeting and reconciliation, reporting, lease administration, construction management, and service contract oversight.
