- Management and leasing responsibilities for 4.6 million square feet of office, flex, industrial and retail properties in Central Texas.
- Negotiated over 1,720 lease transactions encompassing over 11.6 million square feet with an aggregate value of approximately $450 million.
- Presided over the largest real estate service provider in Austin with over 10 million square feet of managed and leased office, industrial, and retail space and approximately 4.5 million additional square feet in San Antonio.
- Developed and/or acquired over 7,250,000 sf of space with an aggregate value of approximately $715 million. These deals have generated a total profit of approximately $140 million.
- Closed investment sales transactions consisting of approximately 3.2 million square feet and valued at over $242 million.
- A combined 72 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry.
