to Class A standards in 2008.
EXTERIOR: Combination of Dakota Mahogany Granite and floor to ceiling reflective glass panels.
LOBBY: Beautifully finished with Moroccan limestone floors, Calcutta Carrera feature marble portals, Chihuly inspired chandeliers, an art installation featuring work from Gabriel Rivera, Angier mahogany paneling and trim and plaster walls with satin-finish bronze metal details.
FLOORS: Typical floors contain 16,000 rentable square feet.
VIEWS: Excellent unobstructed views of Town Lake to the south and the Hill Country to the west.
HVAC: The building is served with a chilled water system with two new Trane 800 ton chillers. There are four air-handlers per floor, with an energy management system.
PARKING: An attached six level self-parking garage with a capacity for 775 cars.
ELEVATORS: Tower building has six high-speed passenger elevators, and one freight elevator. The garage has two passenger elevators.
