Endeavor Real Estate Group has plans to buy 1.8 acres on the south shore of Lady Bird Lake in the shadows of downtown Austin, but the high-rise and masterplan builder doesn’t have immediate plans for the site, according to the Austin American-Statesman.

Endeavor is the company behind The Domain in North Austin and Southpark Meadows in South Austin. Downtown, it’s wrapping up the IBC tower on Fifth Street and a 36-story office tower near Whole Foods Market Inc.’s headquarters.

It’s the most active commercial real estate developer in town, according to the 2014 Book of Lists, but the Statesman reports that Endeavor has no immediate plans for the 1.8-acre site that’s currently home to Joe’s Crab Shack. An Endeavor executive told the Statesman it will honor the restaurant’s lease, which expires in 2020, according to the Statesman.

The site also happens to be near Austin’s new boardwalk on Lady Bird Lake.
