Concentration

Will Marsh is a Development Associate in the Retail Development Division of Endeavor Real Estate Group's (ERG) Austin, Texas office. He is responsible for all aspects of the development life cycle on the projects with which he is involved.

Relevant Experience

Will has worked directly on projects totaling in excess of 2.45 million square feet of retail product. He has been primarily focused on the development of the Southpark Meadows project in Austin, Texas for the past three plus years. Southpark Meadows is a mixed-use development covering a total of 425 acres that will include 1.6 million square feet of retail product, 350 single family homes, 700 multi-family units, 200 townhomes, and over 35 acres of park land at full build-out. Mr. Marsh joined Endeavor Real Estate Group after graduating with an M.B.A. from the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin. Prior to graduate school, he was a technology consultant working with Fortune 500 corporations across the country.
