Will Majors is responsible for landlord representation and leasing in the Austin, Texas market. Since joining Endeavor Real Estate Group (ERG) as an Associate in the Spring of 2004, Will has been involved in such notable projects as Southpark Meadows, Boardwalk Shopping Center, Sunset Valley Homestead, Hanson's Corner Shopping Center in Hutto, Texas, The Village at Westlake, and 1890 Ranch in Cedar Park, Texas. Will's primary focus will continue to be in the landlord leasing field, primarily focusing on new construction projects.

Relevant Experience

Since joining ERG in 2004, Will has focused on landlord representation and has been responsible for over 500,000 square feet of transactions over the last three years, with a hand in the initial leasing of many new ERG construction projects. Moving forward, Will's primary focus will be on the leasing of first generation ERG anchor projects such as 1890 Ranch in Cedar Park and Sunset Valley Homestead. Prior to joining ERG, Will worked in the Houston office of Moody Rambin Interests. While at Moody Rambin, he focused on tenant representation and in helping formulate regional real estate strategies and expansion plans for national companies such as Office Depot and Washington Mutual Bank.
