Concentration

Responsible for overseeing Endeavor Real Estate Group's (ERG) Office and Industrial Division business in Austin, Texas. This involves divisional P&L responsibility, execution of existing client accounts, management of acquisition/disposition accounts and overseeing property management business.

Relevant Experience

Travis Dunaway is a Vice President of the Office and Industrial Division of ERG. With over 10 years of agency experience, he offers a full understanding of the interrelationship among investment criteria, leasing objectives, tenant retention and building operations. During this period, he has completed over 300 transactions valued in excess of $400M. Among his many institutional clients are RREEF, Granite Properties, JER, Blackstone, L&B Realty and Westbrook. His entire office/industrial portfolio consists of 3,059,544 square feet. Mr. Dunaway joined ERG in 2003. Prior to joining ERG, Travis was the Director of Leasing/Brokerage Services for the Scheffe Company, an Austin based full-service commercial real estate firm.
