Responsible for the operations and property management of Las Cimas II and Las Cimas III, a class A suburban office project located in the Southwest Austin market.

Relevant Experience

Prior to joining Endeavor Real Estate Group in May 2011, Shawna served as a General Manager for Stream Realty Partners and a Senior Property Manager for CB Richard Ellis where she was responsible for the property operations and management of several suburban office projects.  In addition, Shawna served as the President of HPI Real Estate Management where she oversaw a portfolio of approximately 12 million square feet of office, industrial and retail projects located in Austin, Waco and San Antonio with a team of approximately 35 employees.

Shawna’s two decades of real estate experience encompass a full range of real estate services including project management, property management, transaction management, leasing and develop assistance for such companies as Spear Street Capital, TA Associates Realty, Prudential Real Estate Investors, RREEF, Principal Financial Group, Northwestern Mutual Real Estate Investments, Maier Siebel Baber, Wells Real Estate Funds, KBS Realty and Scher Investment Group.
