Responsible for delivery of real estate management services for office properties in Austin, Texas totaling 322,443 square feet, including oversight of real estate management and operations staff, owner, tenant and vendor relations, contract execution and administration, construction supervision and customer service delivery standards.

Relevant Experience

Prior to joining Endeavor Real Estate Group in 2011, Mary worked in the property management divisions of CB Richard Ellis, and Trammell Crow Company.  While with CB Richard Ellis, she received the 2010 Asset Services Real Estate Manager of the Year award.

Mary has 28 years of experience in commercial property management managing office properties and provides a broad base of problem solving and customer service skills as well as a commitment to meeting the client’s goals and objectives.

Throughout her career, Mary has cultivated positive associations with property owners, serving institutional clients such as Aetna Life, CIGNA, Prudential and JP Morgan.
