Concentration

Responsible for leasing and sales activities in the Office and Industrial Division of Endeavor Real Estate Group (ERG) in Austin, TX. This involves lease negotiations, asset valuations, identifying investment and development opportunities, and divestitures on behalf of both the company and third-party clients.

Relevant Experience

Jonathan is a Vice President in the Office and Industrial Division. Prior to joining ERG, Jonathan worked for the Trammell Crow Company (TCC) in Austin and San Antonio. Jonathan has been listed as a "Heavy Hitter" by the Austin Business Journal for every year as a top producer, and in 2006 was distinguished as the #3 top producing office broker in Austin.  Prior to dedicating full time to leasing and brokerage, Jonathan worked for both the San Antonio and Austin offices of TCC as a financial analyst.
