Relevant Experience

Co-founder and Managing Principal of Endeavor Real Estate Group, a full service commercial real estate company focusing on creating value in office, retail and industrial properties. Jeff, who brings 23 years of relevant experience to his job, has been responsible for or collaborated on the development or redevelopment of multiple projects over the past eight years. Included in this list are University Oaks (625,000 sf), Sunset Valley Homestead (240,000 sf), Greenlawn Crossing (112,000 sf), TechRidge Retail (285,000 sf), and Phase I of The Domain. Within these projects are some of America's leading retailers including Home Depot, Kohl's, IKEA, JC Penney, PetSmart, Ross, DSW, Babies R Us, Whole Foods Market, Neiman Marcus, HEB, and many others. Jeff is concluding development opportunities in Round Rock and Sunset Valley and he is a team member working on the next phase of retail development at The Domain, as well as Endeavor's lifestyle project in Fort Worth. Mr. Newberg was formerly a Managing Director and Principal of the Austin Retail Division of Trammell Crow Company (TCC). Overall responsibilities included the daily oversight of management, leasing, development, tenant rep, investment sales and accounting operations within the Retail Division involving a portfolio of over 4 million square feet of shopping center space.
