Relevant Experience

Jason Thumlert is a Development Associate. He brings experience from investment-banking and over 4 years of experience in retail, mixed-use, multi-family and residential master-planned community development, leasing and financing. He is currently working on office development projects in the Austin area. Mr. Thumlert joined Endeavor Real Estate Group (ERG) in October 2006. Prior to joining ERG, Jason was Director of Retail Development at Billingsley Company from January 2003 through September 2006. During this period, he successfully developed over 400,000 square feet of retail space, assisted in the development of over 1,000 MF units, and two residential communities with combined costs in excess of $650M. He negotiated the single largest retail lease in 2005 and the 8th largest retail lease in 2006 in the DFW metroplex and subsequently developed both projects.
