Concentration

Responsible for oversight of Endeavor Real Estate Group's Corporate Services (CS) business in Austin, Texas. This involves divisional P&L responsibility, execution of local and national tenant rep and acquisition/disposition accounts, and oversight of our project management business.

Relevant Experience

Jamil Alam is a Principal of Corporate Advisory Services. He brings over 17 years of experience in structuring creative and timely real estate solutions to his customers. During this period, he has completed over 400 transactions in 35 cities throughout the U.S., valued in excess of $650M. Among his many clients are Vinson & Elkins LLP, Texas Medical Liability Trust, Sun Microsystems, New York Life Insurance Co., Intel Corporation, McGinnis Lochridge & Kilgore, Jackson Walker LLP, and IndyMac Bank. Mr. Alam joined Endeavor Real Estate Group (ERG) in August 2006. Prior to joining ERG, Jamil was a Principal at Trammell Crow Company (TCC) from January 1998 through August 2006. He was one of TCC's Top Producers in the U.S. during 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002 & 2004. In 2000, Jamil was the #3 producing broker in the country for TCC. In 2002, Jamil was elected by his peers nationwide for The Most Valuable Player award within Corporate Advisory Services, an award which is bestowed annually upon the individual within TCC that best exemplifies respect, integrity, service, and excellence in his profession.
