Responsibilities include development of shopping centers, leasing and management of shopping centers, and various administrative duties including the accounting functions within Endeavor. Mr. Roche was responsible for the development of Vista Ridge Shopping Center, anchored by a Randall's Grocery Store.

Relevant Experience

Co-founder and Managing Principal of Endeavor Real Estate, a full service commercial real estate company focusing on creating value in office, retail and industrial properties. As a Principal of the (TCC) Trammell Crow Company-Austin Retail Division, David served as a Principal in charge of retail development, negotiated over 250 anchor and small shop retail leases, and managed a staff of 13 who executed the retail development program. David leased several shopping centers from inception to completion and supervised the tenant finish process for these projects. Also involved in the planning, development and/or marketing of over 3,800,000 square feet in 25 shopping centers, including: The Arboretum, Arboretum Market, Village at Westlake, Westbank Market, Brodie Oaks Shopping Center, Lake Creek Festival, Gateway Market, Gateway Courtyard, Gateway Square, Lost Pines Village, Highland Commons, SouthTowne Square, Northgate Shopping Center, Market at Parmer Lane, Market at Wells Branch, Market at Slaughter Lane, Great Hills Market, Great Hills Station.
