Concentration

Responsible for all financial aspects of Endeavor Real Estate Group (ERG). This involves all loans, equity partnerships, hedging and risk management and P&L responsibility.

Relevant Experience

Since entering the real estate industry in 1984 David has been involved in many facets of the business including development, acquisitions and dispositions, asset management, and finance. David joined Endeavor in September 2006. Prior to joining ERG, he was a Senior Vice President at Compass Bank from August 1997 through August 2006. He was one of Compass Bank's top producers and participated in the Bank's Leadership Development Program in 2004. Prior to entering the commercial banking industry, he was involved with real estate development, mortgage banking and real estate consulting for companies in Dallas and Austin.
