Relevant Experience

David Lanham is the Manager of Lanamation LLC, a corporation partially owned by Endeavor Real Estate Group, and established in 2001 to provide mapping, technical graphics, and commercial real estate research to three partner firms. Prior to managing Lanamation, David served as Director of Research for Trammell Crow/Austin, as Director of Research for NAI/Commercial Industrial Properties, and as Research Director for Grubb & Ellis - Austin/San Antonio. Mr. Lanham and his staff work in geographic information system software, several vector and bitmap-based graphics software packages, AutoCad, and various relational database software systems. Mr. Lanham also brings over 15 years of experience mapping and researching central Texas commercial real estate.
