Daniel Campbell is a Finance and Acquisitions Associate at Endeavor Real Estate Group's (ERG) Austin, Texas office. He is responsible for evaluating commercial property acquisitions, including financial modeling, managing sales transactions, coordinating the zoning process for new acquisitions, and securing project financing, including both debt and equity.

Relevant Experience

Daniel brings significant finance experience to Endeavor, and has specifically focused on modeling financial transactions and products. Mr. Campbell joined ERG in June of 2006. Prior to joining ERG, he attended and graduated cum laude from the McCombs School of Business, concentrating in real estate finance. Before graduate school, he was a Senior Associate with Ernst & Young's financial products consulting group where he advised and helped to manage the derivatives trading function at several multi-national energy and banking firms.
