Responsible for the operations and property management of one downtown and two suburban office buildings totaling approximately 272,000 sq. ft. in Austin’s CBD and suburban markets.

Relevant Experience

Prior to joining Endeavor Real Estate Group in 2004, Dana worked in the property management divisions of Lincoln Property Company, Trammell Crow Company, and Transwestern Commercial Services.  While with Transwestern, she received a regional award for Building Team of the Year, recognized for exemplary management services for a flagship asset in downtown Austin.

Dana has 13 years of experience in commercial property management.  Her portfolios have included office, industrial and retail assets totaling 5.5 million square feet in the Austin area.  Her responsibilities are full-service including financial reporting, construction management, building operations, lease administration and tenant relations.

Throughout her career, Dana has cultivated positive associations with property owners, serving institutional clients such as Granite Properties, L&B Realty Advisors, Metropolitan Life Insurance Company (MetLife), RREEF Management, and Maier & Siebel.  She has fostered tenant relationships with Nike, IBM, Dell, Locke Liddell & Sapp, Jackson Walker, Charles Schwab, U.S. Government/General Services Administration, and TMF Health Quality Institute.
