Dan Frey is an analyst for the Development Services Team concentrating on pad sales, Office/Industrial acquisitions, debt/equity offerings, and the administration of the company’s fund, Endeavor Opportunity Partners (“EOP”).

Relevant Experience

Prior to joining Endeavor Real Estate Group, Dan interned with Cobalt Capital Partners, a private industrial REIT in Dallas, TX.  There he contributed primarily with the asset management team which oversaw 28 million square feet of industrial property.  Additionally, Dan interned with American Campus Communities (NYSE: ACC), the nation’s largest developer, owner and manager of high-quality student housing communities.  While at ACC, Dan traveled the northeastern part of the country performing due diligence on recently-acquired properties.
