Concentration

Buck Cody is responsible for both landlord and tenant representation in the Austin, Texas market.  Buck is actively involved in the marketing of 1890 Ranch and Southpark Meadows, in addition to Endeavor’s entire third party portfolio.  Buck also administers the representation of both local and national retailers in the Austin, Texas market.

Relevant Experience

Since joining Endeavor as a full time Marketing Associate in April 2007, Buck has been involved in such notable projects as 1890 Ranch, The Village at Westlake, Sunset Valley Homestead, Vista Ridge Shopping Center, Southpark Meadows, Boardwalk Shopping Center, Stassney Heights, and University Oaks, among others. During this time, landlords represented by Buck include Thackeray Partners, LaSalle Investment Management, Madison Capital, Continental Concepts, WCF Development, Cole Capital, and Inland American.  

While attending The University of Texas, Buck was a two-time NCAA Division I National Champion, two-time Big XII Champion, and two-time All Big XII Team member.  Buck’s 93 career appearances place him in the top ten all time in UT baseball history, and his 40 appearances in 2004 lead Division I baseball.  After college and prior to employment at Endeavor, Buck spent two years as a relief pitcher in the San Francisco Giants organization.
