Billy Osherow is responsible for the overall success of Endeavor's retail leasing and property management portfolio, currently comprised of 15 shopping centers and 2 million square feet. Additional responsibilities are the supervision of retail third-party real estate services accounts with clients including La Salle Investment Management and Madison Capital Management.

Relevant Experience

Billy joined Endeavor Real Estate Group (ERG) in March 2001 as a Principal. Prior to joining ERG, Mr. Osherow served as Senior Vice President for Trammell Crow Company-Austin, leading a management and leasing team responsible for a retail portfolio in excess of 4 million square feet. During the period 1998 to 2009, Billy negotiated over 400 lease and sale transactions, with a value in excess of $210 million, including over 1.5 million square feet of retail and restaurant space since 2003. Recent transactions have involved: Borders Books, Ross Stores, REI Sports,Spec's Wine Spirits and Finer Foods,  Famous Footwear, PetSmart, TGI Friday's, La Madeleine, Regal Cinemas, Beall's Department Store, Lane Bryant & Catherines Stores, Justice For Girls, Wachovia Bank (8 ground lease transactions), Market at Parmer & Parmer Crossing Shopping Centers (sales on behalf of Nationwide Insurance), acquisition of Home Depot property (Arboretum area in Austin), and a joint venture for ERG's first medical/office condominium project (southwest Austin area).
