Concentration

Responsible for oversight of Endeavor's property management service delivery as well as property management at The Domain, a mixed-use transportation oriented redevelopment of the former IBM facility in North-central Austin, encompassing 304 acres in total.

Relevant Experience

Prior to joining Endeavor Real Estate Group in June 2007, Becky was a Principal at Trammell Crow Company and subsequently a Managing Director for its successor, CBRE. During her 14 years combined history at those two companies her responsibilities included property management oversight for approximately 9.3 million square feet of office, industrial and retail properties in Austin and San Antonio. Becky's 24 years of real estate experience encompass a full range of real estate services including project management, property management, transaction management, and facility management for clients such as United Health Care, UBS Brinson, GE Asset Management, GECC, Cigna, JE Roberts Corporation, Blackstone, Archon Realty Group, RREEF, Ohio Teacher's Retirement System, Principal Capital Management, and AMB Property Corporation.
